ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
A*, A or B grades in English and/or English Literature at GCSE level.

AIMS
This course will appeal to those who have an interest in both areas of Language and Literature.

CONTENT:
Unit 1 Introduction to Language Study
Unit 2 Themes in Language and Literature
Unit 3 Talk in Life and Literature
Unit 4 Text Transformation

ASSESSMENT
Units 2 and 4 are coursework. Units 1 and 3 are examined.
