General Learning Assistants

General Learning Assistant including lunchtime supervisor

We are seeking to appoint a General Learning Assistant. The role will be largely administrative and will also include the supervision of the lunchtime periods.

The appointed candidate will be joining an established, successful and ambitious school. The position would suit a highly motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic person. You will be required to work as part of a multi disciplinary team to provide support to pupils, teachers and other support staff.

The hours will be 16-20 per week, term time only, although some flexibility may be required. The pay scale will be NJC points 7-10 pro rata (currently £5,536 - £6,006 per annum, pay award pending). The role is subject to a probationary period. Experience of working in a similar environment would be preferred although full training will be given. The appointment will be subject to an enhanced CRB check.
