Isaac

Hi, my name is Isaac and I’m in Year 7 at St Wilfrid’s. It was really big and I thought it would be daunting, but as soon as I came in, the community embraced me and everyone’s been so friendly. I’ve really enjoyed the music programs because they’re fun and interesting, and the behaviour in lessons is really good so you can focus and enjoy what you’re doing.

The teachers have been lovely and have helped me see lessons differently than in primary school—they’ve given me a new perspective. I’ve done fun projects in science and geography, joined in with football and cricket in PE, and we’ve got house points, weekly house events, and assemblies that help with your faith journey. It just makes everything more fun and pushes you to do your best.
