The teachers try their best to make sure each person is able to do the work and they also push you just a little bit further to improve. When you think about the results you get after putting in all that work, it feels really fulfilling. Coming to St Wilfrid’s has made me a lot more confident with my performances and I've improved quite a bit with my drumming and instrument playing - when I came here, I was only about grade three and I wasn't taking lessons. But just by attending clubs I've shot up to a grade five.
When you get involved in extra curricular, you're not just doing it because of things like the Wilfridian Award - it's helping you get to know what people are like in the school, helping you make friends and understand your surroundings. Choosing to come to St Wilfrid’s would probably be the best decision if you’re thinking about not just your education but also the things around you - we’re all connected here and it’s just a very nice place.
